It is suitable for firm and extra-firm tofu, but not recommended for silken or soft varieties. Before closing the lid, adjust the top button to the most relaxed position to prevent difficulties in closing the press.

The step-by-step instructions are as follows: 1) Place the spring in the bottom container; 2) Put the tofu block in the box; 3) Place a white plate over the food; 4) Put the box in the bottom container and close the lid; 5) Apply pressure by turning the button; 6) Wait 15-30 minutes or more.

The adjustable top knob offers multiple pressure strength options, eliminating the need for additional bowls or plates for draining. The spring-loaded press efficiently removes excess water from the tofu, allowing the liquid to be easily poured off with minimal mess.

For best results, cut the tofu to the middle layer size. If the tofu or cheese is slightly larger, mount the spring in the middle of the bottom of the white drain box, place the tofu in the middle box, put on the spring, and then secure the cover.
